Bouncify Rentals LLC understands that weather can impact your event, and we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes when possible.
If poor weather is expected before delivery (such as forecasted thunderstorms, wind over 20 mph, or heavy rain), you may request to reschedule your rental to a different available date.
To reschedule, text or call us at 570-985-3214 as soon as possible before setup begins.
We do not charge a fee for weather-related reschedules. The original inflatable unit is not guaranteed on the new date, but we will make every effort to provide a similar unit based on availability.
Once the unit has been delivered and setup has begun, no refunds will be issued for changes in weather. This includes but is not limited to: rain, wind, lightning, or extreme temperatures.
If weather becomes a concern during your event:
Immediately stop use of the inflatable
Deflate the unit and cover it completely with the provided tarp
Do not allow children near the unit during rain, lightning, or high wind
Wet use is never allowed — even during weather
Any damage caused by wet use, failure to deflate, or improper handling during weather events may result in cleaning or repair fees.
